4B have recently relaunched their range of drop forged chain, now offering even more sizes of links, pins and accessories from stock: 102NA, 125NA, 142NA, 142HA, 150NA, 160NA, 200NA, 216NA and 260NA. 4B’s chain, from their own manufacture, is of a very high quality and outperforms the other competition on the market, thus offering our customers a real alternative, at a very competitive price.

All 4B forged chains are extremely durable and abrasion resistant thanks to a process of heat treatment (to Rockwell C57 with a ductile core hardness of Rockwell C40) and can be used even for the toughest applications. Steel flights of various designs are welded to the links enable many varying material types to be conveyed.

The main industries that 4B forged chains have been used in are the agricultural, coal, cement, wood chips, ash handling, sugar, animal feeds, aggregates, gypsum, etc. All these products have been used in conveyors of various length, angles and high capacity applications, including high temperature.
