150 kg from +65°C to -18°C core T°C 240 min cycle.
135 kg from +3°C to -18°C uncooked meat 4cm thick core T°C 120 min cycle.
Capacity in accordance with the NF most penalizing : GN1/1 with mashed-potatoes of 4.5cms thickness (10°C core/3°C average)
