Ethernet digital I/O module, 16 digital inputs/outputs, 24 V, IP 65
The new intelligent Ethernet digital I/O module MSX-E1516 from Addi-Data is used to acquire and process I/O signals directly close to the test item in a harsh, industrial environment. Thanks to the degree of protection IP 65, the extended temperature range and the protective circuitries you can save the costs of expensive switching cabinets. The Ethernet digital I/O module can be connected to a PLC directly via the Ethernet switch and can be cascaded and synchronized with other modules in the MSX-E series. Dual LEDs specify the direction and status of all 24 V lines. M12 screw-in connectors were preferred to normal connectors to simplify wiring and reduce installation times. The Ethernet digital I/O module MSX-E1516 has 16 digital lines which can be parameterised as inputs or outputs. For the processing of the acquired signals the ARM®9 technology was selected. Thus the data can be compressed into packets with a time stamp and buffered in the onboard RAM.
