Press release from ADEUNIS RF - 2007-09-17

Plunge into the fray thanks to the ADEUNIS RF wireless audio conference system

7th September 2007 – 21:00, the eyes of the whole world are directed at the Stade de France for the start of the France/Argentina rugby match.
Tony Spreadbury, who is refereeing the opening match, will be wearing a tailor-made earpiece to enable him to communicate with the other 4 members of his team through a wireless connection.
This system will also be used for the 25 other referees selected to referee the World Cup 2007 matches.
This system has spawned many imitations in sport since 2004. After having proven itself in the football domain (UEFA Cup, French Professional Football League, main European leagues), it really began to establish its reputation in earnest when it was selected for use at the football World Cup in Germany in 2006.

The world of rugby, not wishing to be outdone, has been using the ADEUNIS RF wireless audio conference system for several seasons in major tournaments such as the French TOP14,
the Heineken Cup and the 6 Nations Tournament. It’s only natural then that the organisers of the Rugby World Cup have turned to ADEUNIS RF to supply their communications systems.
