This work station was designed and manufactured for Fagor Industrial, a leading manufacturer for the washing industry. The required process is the sheet folding in multiple positions in 5 seconds total cycle time

For these operations, AGME has developed and integrated a folding module in a Standard Hydraulic machine. This machine is composed of:

· An AGME PH-30 Pro Manufacturers of hydraulic press
· A servo-motor controlled mobile top.
· An interchangeable scale for sheet reference.
· Multiple programmable holding levels.
· Two hand control & Photoelectric barrier

Cycle Description:

After selecting the model in the display, the operator loads the material up to the mechanical end top. After pressing the two hand control, the press moves at high speed to the different working positions depending on the model.

When the model has more than one folding, the press goes back and the top chariot gets the new position. Then the worker places the sheet in the new position. After pressing the two hand control, a new folding is carried out. This can be repeated up to 7 times.

After doing all the folds, the press goes back to a resting position and allows a new part loading. If the sheet model is changed, the correct program must be selected in the front display.

Thanks to this special hydraulic press, the tool changes in the sheet folding are simplified by the servo-motor controlled mobile top. In this way, the production times are optimized and the productivity increases.
