AGME has recently signed an agreement with Walther systemtechnik to incorporate their Applications Systems to the range of technologies AGME can include in the special machines they manufacture.

Walther is a specialist in the production and development of Material Application Systems to components or parts. The materials can be:
Oils, grease, silicones, paints, releasing agents, alkalis, preservatives and primers.

After a previous analysis; AGME and Walther select the best application system for each product and process:
• Dosing technology
• Spraying technology
• Pulsing technology

The spraying and the pulsing technology are novelties that mean an important grease save and a cleaner process.

The greasing or fluid application technologies have multiple applications:
- Automotive: tyres, clutch, ball joints, bearings, seats, seatbelts, motor components..
- Locks industry: hinges, locks, guides, etc
- Household appliances: electrical systems, instruments panel, cogs, etc
- Industry in general: Rotating cylindrical bodies, bearings, pistons, chains, etc
