In a pneumatics system, air can be contaminated by water, industrial oils, metallic rips, essicant agents or filth. These contaminants aggressively attack, corrode and erode tubes, cylinders, controls and tools. To prevent this reaction it is very important to employ a good filtration system. But what products to use? Here is Aignep solution: two new models of coalscer industrial filters T015 & T400.
The model T015 has been specifically designed to stop and separate all contaminant agents of tiny dimension until 0,01µm. Its unique coalescing cartridge with interlaced fibers drains liquid aerosols and coalesces them into larger droplets, which will drain off the filter media by gravity. Droplets will be collected in the bottom of the filter bowl and drained semi-automatically. To protect coalescing cartridge and filter from chocking, we recommend to install a 5µm filter upstream or use our new model T400, which already combines FIL+FC. Benefits of such filtration are evident: longer life for compressed air system, cost reduction of maintenance and system downtime. Particularely employed as "Oil skimmers" the models T015 and T400 are available in 4 sizes (mini, 1,2,3) in following ports: 1/8,1/4, 3/8,1/2 ,3/4 , 1". Maximum inlet pressure guaranteed 15 bar and wide range of temperature -10°+50°. Vertical installation and semi-automatic drain included.
