ASC301 CALIBRATOR COMBINES PORTABILITY WITH LABORATORY ACCURACY AMETEK Test & Calibration Instruments

The JOFRA® ASC 301 portable process signal calibrator from AMETEK Test & Calibration Instruments provides the accuracy and functionality of a laboratory calibration instrument but is compact enough to fit into a tool box or operate with one hand for easy field calibration.

The instrument’s robust housing makes it ideal for field service as well as work shop use, while its high-accuracy capabilities are designed to meet the demands of modern pressure sensors and temperature transmitters.

The JOFRA ASC 301 is more than a signal calibrator. Combined with a JOFRA APM external pressure module or a JOFRA dry-block calibrator, it is a multifunctional pressure and temperature calibrator. When used with JOFRACAL calibration software, the instruments can document as well.

The ASC 301 offers simultaneous input and output. That means users can calibrate and adjust a temperature transmitter at the same time with no other instruments necessary. The compact calibrator also features a full numerical keypad with cursor and function keys that provide a simple and quick user interface, while the new ClearBrite™ graphical display offers the best available visibility. In addition, the ASC 301 has fuseless protection that protects the instrument from voltage overloads up to 250 VAC on any combination of connections made on the test lead connectors.
