mPDS 5 – New Evaluation Unit from Anton Paar for Density and Concentration Measurement in Industrial Processes

Replacing the well-known mPDS 2000V3, the evaluation unit mPDS 5 features an 8.4" color touchscreen with intuitive user interface. Based on Windows CE 6.0, operation is as easy as using a pocket calculator. In addition to numerical output fields, graphical trend lines give an instantaneous overview of the current process. Modern interfaces such as Ethernet (LAN), USB and Profibus DP allow for its perfect integration into any process environment.

All generations of Anton Paar transducers for density, sound velocity, concentration, CO2, oxygen, conductivity, etc., can be connected. The result is a universal measuring system for all relevant liquid properties in the plant. The capabilities of mPDS 5 can be expanded at a later stage with new sensors, interfaces, inputs and outputs.
