Description
Hanging mobile head with cylinder positioned at the centre of the cutting area. This gives the machine a high rigidity and avoids ill-aligned loads on the multiple self-lubricated guides. It is equipped with blades starting the cutting from the top, if equipped with special reverse blades the cut start from the back.
It is possible to shear up to 6 mm. thick sheets at 60° and 4 mm. at 30°.
Patented automatic inter-spacing with retractile lower blades, allowing for the cutting of R40 kg/sq. mm metal sheets of 1 to 6 mm, equidistant on all angles

Advantages
The hydraulic cylinder presses on the centre of the cutting area, so that the reaction strain is discharged on the back of the machine and not on the guides, by means of the couple of guides with balls recirculation.
The hold-down clamps sectors are blocked next to the top of the blades with an additional hydraulic cylinder, improving the tightness of the blades tip.
The automatic blades interspace allows to keep a correct cutting interspace at the varying of the cutting angle and to shear different thickness under the two blades couples at the same time, without any problems and any burr presence
