The M2 is a controller designed to meet the special requirements of the hot runners applications. Included functions are: change of the Set point of up to 48 controllers by means of only one digital input, common to all the controllers; the commands are: switching from local to stand-by set point; local set point step increase; local set point step decrease. Target set point indication. In case of sensor break the controller output is automatically locked at a value equal to the average of the outputs of the last 50 seconds of operation. Selectable continuous Adaptive Tuning or One Shot Fuzzy Tuning. Two displays, three outputs: relay/ssr drive for control and/or alarms. Load current reading, Auto/Manual Station and front keys lock, complete the features of the instrument. The M2 is small, simple, configurable by code or with software tool.
