The new EPM-lifting magnet on the Nortec 2012 Assfalg
Assfalg
presents on the exhibition NORTEC in Hamburg an Electro-Permanent-Battery Magnetic-Lifter, EPM B100, an absolute high-light in its handling comfort. You can use it for lifting flat (1000 kg) and round (500 kg) workpieces.
Its advanges are obvious:
· He offers highest safety because of the EPM technology. The current pulse is only necessary for the switching process not for holding of the workpiece.
· The new compact design is around 66% smaller and lighter in comparison with other lifting magnets (self weight below 50 kg)
· The charging time of batteries (2h) are because of the new Li-ions batteries extremely short. Longer running times, app. 300 operations per charge.
· Illuminated control signs.
· The Auto mode for remote operations are advantageous for the transport of bigger workpieces.
· The safety circuit prevents the switching on/off under load.
· The swiveling safety bar protects the control signs.
Let yourself be surprised by this European-Premiere.
