The license package would include:

All documentation , drawings , schematics , parts lists , vendor adresses in English, one sample machine

Opportunity for up to 3 of licensee´s staff to work alongside a/b people for manufacturing & assembly training for any period of time up to 6 months at no addtional cost except licensee´s own staff´s travel expenses

4 visits of senior a/b engineering staff to licensee´s facilities to review professional ramp up of production up to total 12 manweeks at no additional cost

Cost to Licensee : One off fee for the technology, services and sample E600D Automatic Fabric Spreader machine

Sold under any brand: fee for each derivative machine sold by Licensee for patent use and the industrial control software license

Sold under assyst/bullmer brand : fee for each derivative machine sold by Licensee for patent use and the control software license
