Axon’, the manufacturer of cables, terminated assemblies and harnesses for advanced technologies have enlarged their range of products with the manufacture of custom designed Micro-D manufacturer of connectors which meet the most severe requirements (shock resistance, limited space, weight, etc…)

A custom designed number of ways (for example, 18, 33 or 120), connectors including power and coaxial contacts, overmoulding solutions, circular connectors, etc… are requirements that Axon’ can meet.

With 15 years experience in the termination of Micro-D harnesses, Axon’ is the sole manufacturer in Europe to have the design, the manufacture of Micro-D connectors, custom designed cables, assemblies and conductors on the same site.
Other advantage: Axon’ manufacture the key components of Micro-D connectors (twist pin contacts, insulators, gaskets, etc…).

This strong integration helps the group to offer complete solutions which meet the special requirements of the aeronautics, space, military, industrial, military and off-shore markets.
Axon’ are also able to offer EMI solutions (special shielding, backshells, etc…).

The group also offer a range of standard Micro-D connectors which are QPL qualified per MIL-DTL-83513. The QPL-approval enables Axon’ Cable to do business with military companies which require this approval throughout the world.
All of these MIL qualified products use high reliability twist pin technology.
