The type K handheld temperature probes produced by B&B Thermo-Technik GmbH come now with a brand new green retractable lead and manufacturers of connector, thereby identifying the thermocouple specifications type for the user.. The handheld temperature probes correspond to IEC 584-3. The new colour coding also includes a smaller tolerance of the temperature deviation than the more often used American ANSI MC 96.1 with its yellow colour coding . All B+B’s handheld probes offer the highest accuracy class (class 1). Depending on the construction of the various professional probe detection they are all suitable within a temperature range of – 50 °C and +1100 °C. The handheld temperature probes are available as penetration, air, surface and immersion probes in 30 different versions. Special customer designs are also available upon request.
