The module design of the BEUMER paletpac® was designed especially for the high-capacity segment and offers high throughput capacity, profitability, availability, flexibility and operating safety.
With a package height of up to 2400 mm the flexibly applicable BEUMER paletpac® accomplished palletizing with all conventional pallet sizes and in all required packing patterns. Adjustment of the variable bag and pallet sizes can be done with a quick setting of parameters with a multi-programme for all packing patterns. Thanks to a newly developed professional clamp turning device the filled bags are quickly placed in the required packing pattern. In that way, BEUMER palletizing technology achieves capacities of up to 2500 bags per hour depending on bag size and packing pattern. BEUMER also supplies high-capacity palletisers that can pallet up to 4800 bags per hour with the aid of a bar turning device.
Gentle handling on the bags, has low operation costs and is maintenance-friendly thanks to latest drive technology characterises.
