Multifunctionality at work
Bihler’s new punching, bending and assembly system BIMERIC boasts state-of-the-art CNC technology
Complex processing sequences and differing functional requirements in the field of punching, bending and assembly technology demand innovative, intelligent, flexible solutions. This is precisely what is made possible by the forward-looking Bimeric 3xx machine concept which is ideally suited for the economic manufacture of small and large batches and preproduction samples as well as for complex parts and movement configurations. Plate cam changes are now a thing of the past while stored data can be retrieved to ensure short set-up times and precise process replicability. The Bimeric 3xx is a particularly efficient solution for the production of parts characterized by large numbers of different variants such as protective grills for ventilation systems, box terminals, pipe brackets or coil springs. Further advantages: shorter setting-up times by calling up data stored, precise reproducibility of processes, expandability to obtain linear transfer processing configurations on account of modular design to create banks by combining modules of three and six respectively. The BIMERIC sets new standards in terms of performance and flexibility. All this enables Bihler's customers to secure and enhance their position in today's increasingly competitive business environment.
