This machine combination made up of an efficient Bihler Center and a High-speed Minster draw press covers all of the possibilities of Bihler multi-technology and beyond that integrates the benefits of the progressive Minster professional press technology for the manufacture of larger-sized and more voluminous parts. The two machines which differ in their working characteristics, technology and control systems are linked up to one another by a program and electronic synchronisation system specially devised by Bihler. In set-up mode, however, both machines allow to be run separately. In order to solve the most different applications and depending on the necessary punching and forming capacities various combinations of overall four Bihler Forming Centers and three Minster Press Units can be delivered. On the Bihler Forming Centers BZ1, BZ2, MC82 and MC120 different manufacturing processes can be integrated on two independent, processing planes arranged parallel to each other: punching, forming, welding, assembly, tapping, etc. – there are no more limits for a great variety!
