Due to the installation of the powerful eccentric press alongside the work plate a multitude of bending, forming and assembly operations can be performed across the full width of the plate. To solve complex manufacturing tasks the machine also offers more space for the integration of a great diversity of added-value technologies such as welding, bolting, tapping etc. The two-point eccentric professional press provides more free space, too. Perfectly tailored to suit the requirements of the manufacturing system it is equipped with an extended press table for noticeably larger cutting tools.
To reduce re-tooling times to a minimum, all units are provided with an innovative rapid tool-workholding system. An extremely stiff housing construction helps to improve component accuracy and tool service life. The highly flexible process control VariControl VC1-E allows for easy handling of the cost-effective system and ensures maximum process reliability.
