Bolttech is releasing the full line of Double Acting Hydraulic Nut splitters (DANS). These products are a very efficient way to remove stubborn, corroded, galled nuts. Operating at a maximum pressure of 21,750 psi (1500 bar) they provide the large force required to shear through even the hardest nuts. Coupled with our TP30KZ or TP30KH pump, they will remove days off your next turnaround. The newly released double acting feature on our pumps is the first of its kind, providing quick piston retract times. Antiquated methods, such as cutting torches, are dangerous, timely and lead to damaged flanges/studs. Our unique chisels will not damage the stud and are designed for optimum cutting efficiency and longevity. All nut splitters are designed to fit ANSI B16.5 and API flanges.
