Its “Deaerator” is a result of the Know-How developed by BONO over the years. The particular interior design of the tower elaborated by our technical department guarantees the complete removal of C02 and 02 stripping up to 5PPB that considerably reduces the corrosive phenomena of process water.
Progress in the technologies for the production of materials, has allowed the realisation and implementation of products like the “Stainless-steel-cladded Deaerator”.
The particularity lies in the use of a material consisting of two metal sheets alloyed together by means of a controlled explosion process to obtain a metal that presents carbon steel on one side and stainless steel on the other.
Being an innovative and cost saving method, steel sheets plating is becoming more and more important in chemical plants, in those for environmental protection, in off-shore sites and in the production of tanks. Internal plating is unavoidable to provide protection against the attack of corrosive agents that are particularly aggressive with steel.
