BOPLA Gehäuse Systeme GmbH's BOS-Ecoline enclosure series combines the advantages of aluminium professional profiles with the optimal cost-effectiveness of plastic caps to create a superior enclosure. In addition to dust grey (similar to RAL 7037) end caps, the company is now also offering a silver-coated version.
The end caps are made of plastic and available with or without wall brackets. The silver-coated end caps are lacquered in light silver for a matt chrome effect. The end covers are equipped with a 1.5 mm recessed area for the professional fitting of front membranes or membrane keypads. On the inside there are threaded domes for the assembly of PCBs parallel to the membrane keypad surface and whose height is designed for the use of short-stroke keys.
A range of different sizes and profile types permits use with an extremely large number of applications in the electronics sector. Four cross-section formats are available, each in a closed, open-on-one-side or divided version. The ingress protection category can be increased from IP40 to IP54 by means of a set of professional seals.
