XCEEDER 1200 RT HD is the new range of Breton high-speed machining centres ideal for satisfying the most demanding requirements of the aerospace industry, precision engineering and die manufacturing. The gantry structure which incorporates Metalquartz technology, the rotary tilting desk with direct drive technology are specific and innovative features offering greater production capacity in a compact space with increased structural rigidity compared to metal or simple polymeric composite structures. This type of structure provides the machine with a vibration damping capacity ten times higher as well as achieving excellent machine dynamics when machining complex workpieces with 5 axes. The thermal symmetry of the machine structure and the purposely designed thermal stabilising systems ensure maximum machining precision even when operational and environmental conditions vary.
This machining centre has an operational area measuring 1200mm along axis X, 1000mm along axis Y and 700mm along axis Z and the linear axes reach a speed of 60m/min at an acceleration speed of 6m/s2. This machining centre has a rotary tilting table with a 1100mm diameter, continuous axis C, axis A with a rotation travel from +120° to –30° and rotation speed which reaches 60 rpm and can work pieces weighing up to 1700kg.
