The design of 19“ gas analysis systems suffer in many cases from the lack of available gas coolers with high performance to provide a stable and reliable dew point. Usually a standard cooler is adopted with the result of difficult access to major components during maintenance and repair.
The new OEM gas cooler has been specifically designed for installation in 19” racks; thus traditional compromises are no more required. The new product is designed to mount around a compressor specifications cooler which provides stable performance even in high ambient temperatures. Last chance professional filters are obligatory in this kind of systems and located in the front panel where the condensate removal pumps and the moisture detectors for the surveillance of the dew point are to find.
The professional cooling system provides sufficient performance which allows integration of manufacturers of heat exchangers with dual gas streams. This feature enables to manufacture gas analysis systems with two individual gas streams but just one cooler.
The cooling circuit is based on the Bühler constant system which integrates a microprocessor guided controller with digital display. If required, the dew point can be reprogrammed.
