Among other novelties, Campetella Robotic Center will exhibit the new coiler fLeXa series during the K2007, that will take place in Düsseldorf, October 24-31 (Hall 14 – Stand E61). Distinctive features of this coilers series are both the double professional reel and the opportunity to perform at the same time winding and binding with polypropylene strap. Available in various models, each one with distinct winding speeds and ability to manage various diameter tubes, fLeXa series allows the following working functions, completely automatic and programmable: attaching of tube (from extruder suppliers) to reel, coiling of the roll (with synchronous speed of the extrusion) up to the planned lenght, traslation for reel change, cutting and attaching of tube to another reel, binding of the roll through strap, pulling out of the entire roll. The professional software provided, extremely intuitive and simple, allows the programming of various work phases, of roll lenght, of tube diameter, of binding tightness, and of control of tube with cycle stop and signal light in case of irregularity.
