On the occasion of next K2007 that will take place in Düsseldorf October 24-31 (Hall 14 – Stand E61), Campetella Robotic Center will exhibit a new model of linear professional robot devoted to that market sector needing simple pick and place operations of the moulded piece. Such robot was realized with mechanics CO (extraction X axis fixed on the trolley of the Z axis) and MC (extraction X axis mobile on the trolley of the Z axis), and with single stroke vertical Y axis; it is available in different size and it can be installed on IMM from 40 up to 600 ton. One CN, three servo drivers and three brushless synchronous motors are the basis for management and handling of the axis. The control box is mounted on board leaving the ground area free and the programming is performed through a hand held controller with graphic monitor. The professional software SLP allows the work cycle writing with Teach-In function of the dimensions, with an easy Step-by-Step functioning and a cycle performance both forward and backward. The programming system professional guides the user to generate a work program offering functions for axis’ positioning, grippers and vacuum management, orderly deposit (piling and management of palletizing schemes).
