Interface Solid State Relays celduc relais
celduc® relais offers a wide range of Interface Solid State Relays
-SLA/SLD range (miniature) and SP/ST range : both ranges are 100% compatible with electromechanical relays.
-SKA range (AC output) up to 6A 230 or 400VAC, with built-in voltage protection, ideal for solenoid or motor control and SKB range (AC output) up to 4A 230 or 400VAC for resistive loads.
-SKD range (DC output – Bipolar technology) up to 3A 60VDC or 200VDC and SKLD range (DC output – MOSFET technology) up to 12A 36VDC or 60VDC
Both ranges are completed by other products including a ceramic substrate (DCB technology : Direct Copper Bonding) :
-SKL range that can be mounted on a heatsink and which is ranging from 16A to 75A. This range is ideal for applications with high inrush current. Nominal currents depend on the heatsink used and are limited by the PCB (25A/30A)
-SKH range with integrated heatsink which allows output current with ventilation up to 25A.
DCB technology (Direct Copper Bonding) combined with the TMS² technology (Thermo-Mechanical Stress Solution) considerably improve life-time expectancy thanks to the reduction of thermal stress.
-XK range : to control loads such as resistors, indicators, solenoids, transformers, motors, power contactor coils. These DIN-rail mounted products are available with AC and DC output options. They can also be supplied as dedicated motor control variants such as 2 and 3 phase switching and motor rotation reversal.

celduc® relais offers also a new generation of DC SSR for DIN rail with all protections built-in. Our XKLD0020 has all protections included and is designed for inductive loads with high switching frequency
