The vertical balancing machine manufacturers VPUBK is an automatic force measuring machine manufacturer, suitable for balancing rotors with reduced axial dimensions for which the only static unbalance correction is sufficient.
In particular the VPUBK30/TO is equipped for balancing brake discs with correction by milling.The machine electronic control is manufactured in order to obtain the max. operating accuracy by reducing the correction time at minimum. In fact the machine makes the milling for the necessary sector only and calculates it with extreme precision.
For a better balancing repeatability, the external diameter tolerance of the rotors should be ± 0,1 mm maximum. This will prevent the balancing accuracy being compromise because of significant dimensional errors of the rotor. The VPUBK30/TO machine is designed for fully automatic processes of batch works and it is the best solution if connected to an automatic loader or simply placed near to an automatic operating machine sourcing parts. That way the operator can unload the operating machine, load the balancing machine and then work without any other interruptions.
For an easy installation the machine is fitted on an unique resting base; this, in addiction to a quick fixing to the foundation, makes easier the machine displacement in the factory. Also available is the machine version suitable for the automatic balancing process for industrial braking discs (VPUBK40/TO).
