We have obtained data, which now allow us to design with a greater degree of confidence. Chemineer has for many years had the design tools to correctly design the mixer, but we were always limited by the available process data.

Chemineer has developed over the last 50 years expert design software, which has the ability to model up complex process problems such as Non Newtonian fluids. This design tool allows us to predict how fluid motion is affected by the sludge rheology, to prevent dead areas being left in the tank. Our process knowledge takes the risk out of the design and saves on costly post commissioning corrective works.
