The latest centrifugal professional wheel type blasting/shot-peening machine in the C.M. Surface Treatment S.p.A. production range, is a combination hanger and rotary bench machine. It offers a very high flexibility together with high productivity due to its alternative work handling systems suppliers. The components can be positioned on the 1320 mm diameter rotary worktable with 1400 kg load capacity or they can be suspended on the two 1400 mm diameter by 1150 mm working height hangers of load capacity from 500 to 1000 kg. This allows to blast or shot-peen components of various sizes, geometry and weight all in one machine. The variety of surface treatment operations is extensive, including: cleaning, descaling, deburring, deflashing, fatigue life improvement, bonding preparation, painting or coating preparation, corrosion removal and finishing.
