The Robot uses the geometry SCARA typical of the handling robots, in this case with its 4 controlled axes it is used for the frontal painting of edges of stacked panels.

The materials and the technology used is that marks the quality of the other models built by the CMA Robotics.

Its 4 axes allow the robot to perform the painting of bent surfaces maintaining therefore the same finishing on all the surfaces.

An automatic system of recognition of shape, position and measure of the panels to be painted can be connected to the Robot. In this case the robot doesn’t need any type of programming because the programs of painting are automatically created by the system.
