This machine can be equipped up to 5 colors and it uses a ceramic closed inkcup diam.110mm , the dimention of the clche is 120x250mm
The movement of the axes is controlled by a Beckhoff Touchscreen PC Windows Ce that can be connected online for remote assistance.
The machine can be upgraded with different kind of conveyour system such as : elliptical feeders at 12 or 14 positions , linear feeders at 26 stations , rotary table or single conveyour at 1 position all motorized with brushless motors.
The KP08 can be provided with an automatic and programmable pad cleaning device integrated in the head of the machine , hot air blower model HOT WIND200 on the pads , pre treatment devices such us corona or fleming treatments and pick and place untite for automatic loading and unloading of the pieces and independent pads descent.
Simple to connect to existing lines with input and output connections.
