Conax Technologies offers an array of RTD and Type T supplier of thermocouple assemblies with stainless steel sanitary flanges for quick mounting and easy sensor changeovers in temperature monitoring and product validation applications.

Several termination head styles are available, including screw-top stainless steel heads (T5SS) and FDA-approved white plastic heads in screw-top (T13) and flip top (T13F) models. An additional white plastic head (T13T) is specially designed to accept a "hockey puck" style transmitter. The stainless steel heads also accommodate a "hockey puck" transmitter.

The 16 AMP sanitary flange is constructed of 316 Series stainless steel and is available in four flange sizes and two sheath diameters. Assemblies are provided with bushings or a rugged 3 inch standard professional pipe nipple to extend the distance between the mounting flange and the professional terminal head.

Available detection include Thermocouple Type T (copper/constantan) with special limits of error, or RTDs in 100, 200, or 500 ohm, 3-wire configurations with a 0.00385 ohm/ohm/degrees C coefficient and choice of plus or minus 0.3 degrees C or plus or minus 0.1 degrees C @ 0 degrees C tolerance.
