The PDT-440 offers fully linearized output with respect to temperature (≥140 points) and custom linearization for virtually any thermistor make or type. The transmitter features high resolution (0.015% of span) with high stability (>0.1% of span for 12 months). Thermistor input range is 0.01KΩ to 2000KΩ. Response time is 0.3 seconds to 90% of input (>3 updates per second). This highly accurate, fast response transmitter is ideal for monitoring critical temperatures.

The PDT-440 features a state-of-art microprocessor that allows full customization with user-friendly, Windows®-compatible software. This eliminates the need for jumpers, professional calibrators, screw drivers, professional power supplies and hand-held professional programmers. All thermistor and range parameters are easily configurable with the user-friendly software. The PDT-440 requires no external power for communicating, configuring or reading the device. “On-line” reading and configuration occurs without the need to disconnect any field wiring. The program adaptor attaches to a standard PC RS-232 serial port.
