April 23 , 2007 -CONTEC, a leading manufacturer of computer peripheral equipment, industrial professional computers and network devices, is pleased to announce the release of industrial panel pc, fanless all-purpose panel computers equipped with a wide variety of communication interfaces such as four serials (RS-232C) , six USB2.0 and 100BASE-TX.

These products are fanless all-purpose panel computers include many communication interfaces. They come with an ultra-low voltage Celeron M processor (1.0GHz), 855GME chipset and memory of 512MB. In addition to the standard PC interfaces, these products also have a CF card slot (bootable), serial (RS-232C) x 4, USB2.0 x 6 and 100BASE-TX. The front part is in an IP65-compliant dustproof/drip-proof structure. There are eight different models available so that you can choose the panel size, OS and the expansion slot. Embedded-type CPU and chip set have been adopted. Contec-customized BIOS allows you to support at the BIOS level.



These new products are lead-free (higher than JEITA Phase 2 level) and RoHS-compliant.
