We conceived the Servo Cell as an introduction to automated manufacturing worth the money.

The principle:
Part of intricate assembly stations is carried out by manual work, but – simultaneously - time- and quality-relevant operations are executed fully automated on the machine.

An assorting quality check is controlled by the machine, which will identify flawed parts and treat them as such in order to avoid any waste of material.

The technical design of the Servo Cell can be widened modular-like: In that case, manual work places are also automated, just via docking to an extra Servo Cell. Naturally, the Servo Cell comes as a highly re-usable product.

Contexto Servo Cells were created to meet the following requirements:

Semi-automated production of 0-series
Increased numbers of production which cannot be covered by manual working places alone
Line production for an annual output quantity of up to 500.000 pcs
Checking the assembly possibility of the product – Proof of Principle (POP)
