HoseGuard® is a very straightforward hose burst protector that is installed between the compressor manufacturer and the pneumatic tool. If the air flow through the protector suddenly increases, a piston operating in conjunction with a cock interrupts any further throughput of compressed air. In this manner, HoseGuard® prevents damaged industrial hoses from wildly whipping back and forth, injuring personnel and damaging tools, components, equipment and aircraft.
