Debus has developed a highly-effective, three-stage spark and flame retardant preseparator to protect from fires in extraction plants.

The extraction plant shown here has been installed at an automobile manufacturing plant in Shanghai.
Thanks to the new preseparator, the grinding dust and sparks which are created in the chassis manufacturing area can be safely extracted.

A cartridge filtration plant serves as the filtering system with automatic, pneumatic cleaning, including industrial differential pressure monitoring. A Siemens lateral channel blower serves reliably as the extraction device.

The extracted dust is emptied by means of an on-site sheet-steel waste vessel provided by the customer, which is inserted into the especially adapted storage cistern like a liner.
