New Ratio Pyrometer PYROSPOT DSRF 44N with excellent Cost-Effectiveness DIAS Infrared
The ratio pyrometers were developed for industrial use, is particularly robust and less sensitive to contamination of the optics than conventional pyrometers. In addition, the PYROSPOT DSRF 44N can operate in environments up to 250 ° C. Unlike conventional pyrometers that measure the light intensity of a target, the pyrometer measures the intensities of two different wavelengths and determine their difference. The advantage of this method is that the emissivity at the temperature measurement does not matter except if the object is not strongly wavelength-dependent.
Thanks to the short response time of just 5 ms moved or even temporarily hidden objects can be captured as well. The built-in laser targeting lightens the alignment of the pyrometer, since the device can also perform measurements with activated laser. Thanks to the temperature linear output signal (0) / 4 .. 20 mA and the electrically isolated RS485 interface, the pyrometer can also be easily integrated into existing systems. All parameters can be set via the interface user-friendly and individually with the extensive parameterization and evaluation software PYROSOFT spot.
