High Tech - Low budget workshop microscope WM 1
Schneider Messtechnik, leading company in the industrial metrology presents the new workshop microscope, series WM 1 for a camera-aided measured data recording.
The WM 1 is a small/handy high-tech system. Measured data recording is performed with the image processing which is integrated in the new Multicount 3000. Measuring range is of up to 300x 200x 200mm and allows the measurement of stampings, sections, plastic and rubber parts, tools, seals and much more.
The basic equipment of WM 1 includes precise/massive granite base with high rigidity, high-resolution CCD camera, telecentric lens 1.5x and LED transmitted light. The vertical illuminator through a diode ring light, separated in 4 sectors and 1 ring can be switched and dimmed individually. Moreover, the basic package includes a precision measuring stage guided on needle bearings, with quick adjustment in X/Y direction, mechanically protected cabling and a diode laser as positioning aid. A highlight is the geometric measuring computer Multicount 3000: it connects the measured point recording of a position with the live image of the measured object, displays all elements on the brilliant colored touch screen in a clear and well arranged way. Optionally, telecentric interchangeable lenses and 10x zoom objective with large working distance, precision vice, roller block, supporting tables...
The 3D measuring software SAPHIR represents an important feature of the CNC-controlled WM 1. The software package guarantees the use of touching probe and zoom objective - no matter if the work piece is of rough/fine tolerance, matt/bright, light/dark.
