ALMOST INFINITE NEW RANGE OF STURDY ENCODERS FOR HEAVY DUTY ELCIS ENCODER
Among the latest novelty, ELCIS ENCODER has carried a new range of sturdy incremental encoders, that is available with an almost infinite series of options.
These new sturdy encoders for Heavy Duty by ELCIS ENCODER show a robust construction since their housing is completely turned from aluminium alloy rod, that is better than the casted housing that could show porosity in the material.
Thanks to their robust construction, they grant a high protection (up to IP67 or IP68) and can endure ambient temperatures up to +100°C upon request. These new sturdy encoders for Heavy Duty by ELCIS ENCODER are available with up to 50.000 ppr and with the most important electronics outputs in order to meet almost all the Customers’ needs.
They are available in three main model lines:
- model 90AA with Ø 90mm flange, hollow shaft and torque support.
- model family 104 with Ø 105mm flange and available with solid shaft, hollow shaft and pass-through hollow shaft and several kind of different torque supports.
- model family 114 with standard EURO-Flange B10 and available with solid shaft, hollow shaft and pass-through hollow shaft and several kind of different torque supports.
The models belonging to families 104 and 114 can be fixed from the rear side in order to allow the zero-search.
Furthermore they can also be supplied in combination between them (incremental+incremental or incremental+absolute), with tacho generator, or with centrifugal relay or in magnetic version. Last, but not least, the torque support can be rotated by the Customers up to 270°.
Just like all the other ELCIS ENCODER products, this new range of sturdy encoders for Heavy Duty shows a very high manufacturing quality degree as they are manufactured in accordance with UL standards and the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
