Further to it’s wide range of encoders and linear transducers, ELCIS presents now a new series of linear potentiometers.
The models belonging to this family are the models RPA, RPB and RPC, characterized by a stainless steel shaft with guides inside the housing, and the model RPF, characterized by a slider with ball coupling which reduces the effects of misalignment with the actuating part and with a joint with take up of play.
They have a resistive element made of conductive plastic and they are suitable for applications on hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, plastic moulding-, packaging, textile machines etc..
The available lengths are from 0,01 m up to 1 m (according to the model) with infinite resolution, operating temperature between –30 ÷ +100 °C, max operating speed up to 10 m/s and with 4 poles DIN43650 ISO4400 connector or cable (according to the model).
Just like all the other ELCIS products, the new linear potentiometers show a very high manufacturing quality degree as they are produced in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
