EMCE have developed the new OAW series of ultra compact air wire rope hoists for oil and gas lifting applications.

The industrial winches are specially designed to meet the requirements for offshore as well as for onshore oil and gas lifting applications. Thus applications on offshore drilling centres, fso's, fpso's, semi subs, land based oil rigs and other applications in hazardous environments.

AIR WINCHES FOR OIL AND GAS LIFTING APPLICATIONS

Range consists of five utility winches ranging from 2,500kg, 4,500kg, 6,500kg, 8,500kg to 10,500kg and two man rider winches of 1,500kg and 3,150kg. More detailed technical specifications can be obtained upon request.

OFFSHORE AIR WINCHES

All winches have a drum integrated planetary two or three-stage high quality planetary reducer with an enclosed spring applied disc professional brake. In other words the gearbox and brake are protected against salt spray, dirt or moisture, providing trouble free operation.
