Wear and damage to pool pallets quickly cause malfunctions and standstill of the sensitive equipment in high bay warehouses. With the Shuttle pallet from Engels the pool pallets continue to function perfectly.

In automated high bay warehouses product carriers must guarantee complete reliability and sturdiness. A pallet that causes a malfunction or blockage in the automatic warehouse must often be removed manually, resulting in considerable delay, irritation and unforeseen expense.

The lightweight Shuttle pallet rests on three wear-resistant, inflexible aluminium stringers. Because the pallet’s aluminium stringers can rotate freely around their axes, the Shuttle pallet runs exceptionally smoothly on a conveyor system. Pallets of various types and sizes can be stored and transported within the same system.

The Shuttle pallet carries the load in warehouses, including loads on pallets not suitable for use with the warehouse systems. Plastic pallets, nesting pallets and pallets measuring 600 x 800 mm can all be effortlessly transported on the Shuttle pallet.
