Eriez' new and stronger permanent magnetic separators provide a more efficient alternative for handling a wide variety of materials that do not respond well to traditional methods of separation. This equipment meets even the toughest customer challenges.

RE Rolls are constructed with neodymium-boron-iron rare earth permanent magnets, an extremely powerful magnetic material with at least ten times the attractive force of conventional magnets. The high gradient magnetic circuit includes a variety of proprietary items designed to produce a magnetic field in excess of 21,000 gauss. These highly magnetic rolls are capable of recovering particles with various magnetic susceptibilities, and will handle feeds from one-half inch (13 mm) to very fine materials.

Eriez RE Rolls are available in three, four and six inch diameter rolls. Roll widths range from five to sixty inches. A unique cantilever design allows quick belt replacement requiring only one operator. The standard belting is Teflon coated, industrial graphite filled KEVLAR with thickness of five and ten mils. Optional FDA-approved belting is available for food and pharmaceutical applications.

The RE Roll Separators are available in single, double and triple stage versions with either non-magnetic or magnetic-rerun. Eriez experts are available to help customers select the right design for their particular application.
