Now available from ESAB, the OrigoTMMag L300 welding package is ideal for applications within general steel fabrication, the vehicle industry and furniture manufacturers.

The package consists of the OrigoTMMag L300 power source, OrigoTMFeed L302 or L304 wire feed unit, a connection set (1.7m, 5.0m or 10m) and the MXLTM 340 welding torch.

OrigoTMMag L300 is 21 step-controlled power source for MIG/MAG welding. Electronically controlled feeding gives an accurate and stable arc, while the 4-wheel feed mechanism provides a positive and stable feeding combined with low wear on the wire. The 2-wheel feeder mechanism is an economic alteration for wire dimension up to 1.2mm.

Wire feed speed, 2/4 stroke, creep start, spot welding, inching, gas purge and burnback time setting are made on the front panel of the OrigoTMFeed L304 feeder, giving a good overview of the settings. Voltage setting and inductance adjustments are made on the power source.

Extra versatility is provided by the three wire feed mounting options; counterbalance and mast, wheel kit or a suspension bracket.

The OrigoTMMag L300 can be equipped with V/A digital meter and transformer for CO2 heater and the OrigoTMMag L300 meets the most rigid safety standard with low voltage operations, complete with an overload device, to ensure the best possible protection.
