The new accessories offer various benefits. The mounting-set for S89 block junction is an example. It consists of a carrier plate that can be mounted inside or outside the facility. The respective 2-way-junction is safely mounted with two screws on this carrier plate. Subsequently, a one-way plugging system provides for endless number of carrier plates being mounted adjacently in both directions. The neatly aligned junctions can be easily allocated through the labeling options on each carrier plate.
Furthermore, longer junction cables can be replaced through the mounting set as signals can be distributed directly in sensor proximity with a 2-way junction. Consequently, the customer will eventually not only save space but also considerable costs.
In addition to the mounting-set for junctions, ESCHA has also developed mounting-clips for M8x1 and M12x1 round connectors. The plastic mounting accessories are fixed with one screw. Subsequently, the axial male- and female versions are pressed into the mounting-clips in screwed condition. Thus, the connectors are tight and do not slip out of position any longer.
Apart from the mounting solutions, the accessory-program comprises a lot more useful items. For example, protective caps and stoppers for round connectors and flanges, labeling options for cables, connectors and junctions, spare nuts for flanges as well as solder tags for earthing of flange housings.
