Features and Applications



The EZG(S) series Sludge pump is a type of large capacity, high head slurry pumping which is ideally suited to remove ash & sludge and to deliver liquid-solids mixture. It can be installed in multistage series. It has wide passage, non-clogging and good performance of NPSH. Expeller professional seal combined with packing seal or mechanical sealing is adopted to guarantee the low leakage of slurry. This series has ideal structure, high efficiency, long service life, high reliability, easy maintenance, and low cost of running.

The pump can be used for seawater ash-removing to prevent it from corrosion of seawater, salt and mist, and electrochemical corrosion. It is widely used for handling abrasive and corrosive slurry in electric power, metallurgy, mine, coal, construction material and chemical industry departments, especially for removing ash and sludge in electric power station.
