• Today over 4500 FANUC M-410 palletizing robots are working in European breweries, wineries, soft drink and table water factories, bakeries, biscuits, chocolate and sweets factories. They stack the products onto pallets ready for delivery and storage: Fast, precise and without any breaks for lunch, coffee or a smoke.
• FANUC M-410iB robots can handle complete pallet layers (up to 700 kg of payload) in each cycle, service up to 11 Euro pallets around the robot with up to 2.8 m pallet height. A maximum theoretical throughput of 1500 cycles/h (400mmx2000mm) can be achieved by the M-410iB/160.
• In 2008 ca. 1200 industry robots were installed in Europe’s food and beverage industry. FANUC Robotics contributed more than 530 of these food robots units ranging from M-710iC/50 with 50kg up to M-900iA/600 and M-410iB/700 with 700kg payload.
• Low energy consumption (M-410iB only need 3kW on average) and intelligent technologies like line (conveyor) tracking and the integrated FANUC iRVision system help to minimize installation and operating costs and maximize production output.
