After the launch of the Arc Mate 100iC, FANUC is now broadening the series of new welding robotics with the Arc Mate 100iC/6L offering 1632mm reach with 6kg payload.
The six axes ARC Mate100iC robot series offer a new slim design. A cantilevered forearm design allows the wire feed unit to be positioned in line with the arm.
Compared to traditional dress packages, which are mounted externally on the robot’s arm, the new ARC Mate’s internal routing allows the dress package to follow the motion range of the robot.
In addition to the new advanced design of the mechanical unit, the robot capitalizes on FANUC’s intelligent technologies for soldering:
• The R-30iA controller to manage up to 40 axes including up to 4 industrial robots
• The Arc Tool professional software, available as standard with all welding robots, that offers all necessary functions for efficient welding, including plug and play set up for most popular welding equipment suppliers and power sources
• A wide range of additional software options for welding: Torch Guard, Collision Guard, Arc Sensor (Through Arc Seam Tracking), Touch Sensing, Parameter Ramping…
• Integrated iRVision for unmanned operations
• ROBOGUIDE with WeldPro and Dual Arcm packages, to simulate and programme all kind of welding installations
